Hulbert Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC was recently awarded a contract with Broome County to provide Building Code Review and Inspection services for the Broome County Department of Public Works for the period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2015. Hulbert Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC presently holds the Building Code and Inspection contract with Broome County Department of Public Works until December 31, 2012.
