Hulbert Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC was recently awarded a contract renewal with Broome County to provide Professional land surveying services for the Department of Public Works for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013. Hulbert Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC presently holds the Building Code and Inspection contract with Broome County Department of Public Works until December 31, 2012.
