Hulbert Engineering has been selected as the Second Place winner in the Topographic Maps Category of the 2013 National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) Map/Plat Design Competition.
The winning Topographic Map was created for the Village of Port Dickinson Municipal Building project where it won First Place Boundary/Topographic and Viewer’s Choice in the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors (NYSAPLS) contest.
After the New York State competition all winners were entered into the National Map Plat Design Competition which was administered by the NSPS.
